Terms and Conditions:
• Valid for dine-in and applicable for a la carte food items only. No minimum spend required.
• Valid from 2 June to 31 July 2026 for Jadeite members only.
• The challenge will reset on 1 July 2026, and a new set of e-Vouchers will be issued - any
unutilized Step-Up Challenge e-Vouchers will be forfeited.
• Valid for use at Crystal Jade Palace, Crystal Jade Golden Palace, Crystal Jade Pavilion, Crystal Jade
Hong Kong Kitchen (excluding Tampines 1) and Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao (excluding Changi
T1) outlets.
• Valid for use from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and eve of public holidays.
• Step-Up Challenge e-Vouchers must be redeemed in ascending order (10%, followed by 10%, followed
by 20%, and finally 30%) and strictly non-extendable.
• Redemption is limited to one e-voucher per table per bill, and bills cannot be combined or split. Note:
For multiple table bookings, only ONE (01) e-Voucher from the same membership account can be
applied.
• Earning and redemption of Crystal Jade Jadeite cashback is not permitted when an e-Voucher is applied.
• Not valid with any set menus, other promotions, discounts, or discount vouchers unless otherwise stated.
• Cash vouchers (such as mall vouchers or Crystal Jade vouchers, excluding Crystal Jade corporate
vouchers) may be used for payment unless otherwise stated.
• Crystal Jade’s management reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions without
prior notice.
