• Valid for Jadeite Members only.
• Valid for daily.
• The $30 nett sales amount is based on total food bill and do not include purchases on E-store (including Jpoints), set meals, festive and promotional items, beverages, TTP (tea, towel and pickles), online purchases, miscellaneous charges, service and government taxes, etc. when dine-in at all participating restaurants.
• Redemption of Cashback (in the form of JPoints) is not allowed for the entire bill.
• Earning of Cashback (in the form of JPoints) is allowed for the entire bill.
• Issuance of tokens and prizes will be sent via in-app push notification and email notification. For members who opt not to be reached via both marketing preference, you may wish to log on to your membership account to check accordingly.
• Tokens are usually reflected real time, but a time lapse may be expected. It is best to check your account after 1 working day.
• Not valid with other promotions, set menu, seasonal/festive products, discounts, e-vouchers or loyalty programmes including complimentary Kids Menu unless stated otherwise.
• Crystal Jade’s management reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

E-voucher T&Cs:
• JPoints are valid until membership expires.
• E-Vouchers are valid till 31 May 2023 (daily, excluding the eve of/ and PH).
• E-vouchers are valid for dine-in ala carte food bills at Crystal Jade Palace, Golden Palace, Pavilion (VivoCity), Jiang Nan, Hong Kong Kitchen, and La Mian Xiao Long Bao outlets (except Changi Airport Terminal 1 outlet).
• Limited to one voucher redemption per table per bill per day, no combining or splitting of bills allowed.
Note: For multiple table bookings, only one e-voucher from the same membership account can be used.
• Earning and redemption of cashback (in the form of JPoints) are not allowed for the entire bill when e-voucher is applied.
