1. Captains & Supervisors
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage the guest reservation system
• Set table according to type of event and service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
• Develop and maintain positive working relations with the team
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in Point-of-Sale System (POS) which relays orders to the kitchen
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
• Perform cashiering duties
• Any ad hoc duties as request by Manager

2. Service Staff
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure service offered is of the highest quality and make the guest feel welcome at all times
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure all work stations are fully stocked up and is operationally ready
• Ensure all soiled dishes are cleared from the stations
• Prepare and turnover tables for next guest
• Assist customers in their needs and request
• Assist the team leader/outlet manager in running the daily operations
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor

3. Cooks (Noodle & Congee / Kitchen / Dim Sum)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparation of food according to the established standards.
• Monitoring food presentation and quality.
• Cook and prepare assigned dishes for serving according to the menu (Main and special/Promotion dishes).
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen.
• Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils.
• Performs any other duties assigned.

4. Assistant Cook
Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparation of food according to the established standards.
• Monitoring food presentation and quality.
• Cook and prepare assigned dishes for serving according to the menu (Main and special/Promotion dishes).
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and safety in the kitchen.
• Cleaning of food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and washing of utensils.

5. Wok
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the preparation for dishes such as Seafood, Poultry, Meat and Vegetables. Also responsible for the preparation of pre-made and pastry dishes and appetizer.
• According to the needs of the work, coordinate with the steamer on procedures and process of the dishes.
• Must have the basic skills and techniques of cooking dishes and food.
• Assist on other work arranged by the head chef.

6. Chopper
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for cutting all kinds of ingredients and matching of ingredients for various dishes. Prepare the ingredients based on the number of pax. Preparing, processing, and cutting the daily supply of cooking ingredients.
• Responsible for training employees and familiar and know the food and hygiene policies.
• Collect guest suggestions for dishes, constantly improve the taste of the dishes, the quality of the dishes.
• Ensure the staffs are strictly in accordance with the regulations and regularly inspect and maintain the facilities and equipment. Check gas switch, burner, fire equipment, fire prevention work.
• Complete other work arrangements assigned by the Chopper 1.
