1. Captains & Supervisors
Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage the guest reservation system
• Set table according to type of event and service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
• Develop and maintain positive working relations with the team
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in Point-of-Sale System (POS) which relays orders to the kitchen
• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
• Perform cashiering duties
• Any ad hoc duties as request by Manager

2. Cooks
• Southern / Northern Dim Sum | 南北点心部
• Noodle and Congee | 粥面部

3. Service Ambassador (Reservations)
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage all reservations and waiting list (if any), as well as walk-in customers
• Uphold the brand image of the restaurant
• Warmly and graciously greets all guests upon arrival
• Seat the guests in the restaurant according to designated rotation plans
• Personalize each guest experience by using the guests’ name where known. Pass on the relevant guest information to the respective Captains and Servers.
• Co-ordinate, organize and make reservation arrangements
• Keep the reception desk area clean and organized at all times
• Thank every guests for patronizing and encourage them to re-patronise the restaurant again
• Maintain guests’ profile and history, taken note of all special occasions and dates for example birthdays, wedding anniversaries etc
• Adhere to Company’s standard operating procedures
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

4. Waiters & Waitresses
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure service offered is of the highest quality and make the guest feel welcome at all times
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure all work stations are fully stocked up and is operationally ready
• Ensure all soiled dishes are cleared from the stations
• Prepare and turnover tables for next guest
• Assist customers in their needs and request
• Assist the team leader/outlet manager in running the daily operations
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor
